Everything you need to complete a battery replacement on an iPhone 4 is included in this kit. From start to finish the process took me about 10 minutes and was very simple. No headaches or problems. Honestly it's hard to imagine anything that could go wrong during the repair.
The seller's description isn't clear on what's included in the kit(it just shows a picture). I was unsure if the kit would include the special screwdriver for the security bits used on the outside bottom of the iphone i repaired but it was included, as well as a small phillips-head screwdriver which was used to remove a screw attaching the battery connector to the phone. (NOTE: some phones have the phillips-head screws on the outside bottom of the phone instead of the security screws - this kit should work fine for that as well).
The tools were precise enough that I didn't strip the head of any of the screws - although i exercised caution. The plastic scrapers/levers were useful for removing the battery which was firmly glued in the phone, plus it was useful to dislodge the battery connector. The kit also included a suction cup which probably could be used to remove the battery but I didn't need it.
I'm posting this review approximately 12 hours after completing the repair. I'm hesitant to include any information about the battery itself since it hasn't made it through a single charge cycle yet but I will report that the phone started immediately and hasn't done anything unusual (i.e. it didn't power cycle the unit). So far it's working very well; I'll try to remember to update in about a week on battery performance.
Edit: one thing to add- the battery connector is attached by a small ribbon cable that is about 1 cm long. At first glance I thought this was an error b/c the stock battery doesn't appear to have the same 1 cm ribbon cable. Look closely though at your old battery and you'll see its there - you have to fold that ribbon cable over in an s-shape. The whole thing takes 2 seconds to do but took me a few minutes to figure out
UPDATE - After about 2 months of service the battery is performing as well as I had hoped.

Title of the item is misleading, it says original... it's anything but original, just an aftermarket replacement. Original battery would be made by Apple, this is an aftermarket battery.
My iPhone 4 did not recognize the battery. After install it rebooted every couple of minutes and did not charge. After search on the internet the only solution is to install another battery and hope it works. Hence to replace iPhone battery yourself you MUST buy it from a reputable online place, which is ready to ship you another battery if the one you bought don't work - after return of course.
I've contected seller, no problem with return, but a return wasn't a money-wise move for me, since the battery was shipped to Russia after it was shipped by seller to Miami. Plus I highly doubt that if he ship me another battery it would work.
Another important thing, picture of the product suggests two screw drivers and two plastic praying thingies are included. My complect only had a hex driver and one plastic thingy. Misleading. You'll spend a lot of time searching for a small philips screw driver and spend about $20 to get it.
